PanjalHiking Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to working with you to find the best solution in case you need to cancel your booking. However, as we reserve resources and plan logistics in advance, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation.
General Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund, minus Rs 2000 processing fees.
- 30 – 60 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
- 15 – 29 days prior to departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be issued.
Please note:
- These are general guidelines, and specific cancellation policies may vary depending on the trek or tour chosen.
- Cancellation policies may be more stringent for treks with high demand or limited availability.
- The date of receipt of your written cancellation email or notification will be considered for calculating the cancellation fee.
- Cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Points:
- If you are able to find a replacement participant for your spot, a full refund may be possible, minus any processing fees.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations due to medical reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
